By car - from the South
I-95 North to exit 7 (Atlantic Street)
LEFT onto Atlantic Street
Cross Tresser Blvd.
RIGHT onto Broad Street
For valet parking, take first parking entrance on right (up ramp)
For self-park garage, take next parking entrance on right
Take any elevator to level 1, find Landmark Square Building 1

By car - from the North
I-95 South to exit 8 (Atlantic Street)
At second intersection, turn RIGHT onto Atlantic Street
Cross Tresser Blvd.
RIGHT on Broad Street at Landmark Square
For valet parking, take first parking entrance on right (up ramp)
For self-park garage, take next parking entrance on right
Take any elevator to level 1, find Landmark Square Building 1

By car - from the Merritt Parkway RT-15
RT-15 (North or South) to exit 35 (High Ridge Road)
RIGHT onto High Ridge Road South (toward Long Island Sound)
High Ridge Road becomes one-way Summer Street
Cross 5th Street and North Street
LEFT on Broad Street (at Marriott Courtyard Inn)
Cross Atlantic Street

Alternate Parking
Rather than parking by valet, some visitors prefer parking at The Town Center Mall, in the same complex where our offices are located.
Pass Broad Street valet parking entrance to next corner.
Turn right onto Greyrock Place. At first signal, turn right into parking lot (open 9:30 AM to 10:00 PM M-S). Park and enter mall (parking costs $0.50 for four hours).
Go to retail level four and go towards Macy’s (North). Turn left and see signs for Bow Tie Theaters and Reckson Landmark Square Offices. Follow signs to Landmark One.
